The registrar blocked my domain

Recently, for my domain, which is 10 years old, I’ve received a complaint and the domain registrar blocked my domain. Even after I fixed the cause of the the issue, the registrar still doesn't want to unlock my domain. What to do?

My friend said he had the same situation twice.
He uses https://pananames.com/ registrar.
The first time they told him to fix the issue within few days and didn’t block domain name. It turned out that his site was hacked, he updated WordPress version, removed malware and the registrar didn’t block the domain after all.
And the second time he didn't fix anything, the domain was blocked. But the registrar unlocked after a while, when he eliminated all the reasons that led to the blocking.
